Ad Operations Campaign Manager

The ideal candidate for the Campaign Manager position is familiar with online advertising, social media and user-generated content, and has a technical bend to help support a fast-paced advertising environment. In this position you will successfully traffic, test and optimize creatives and promo units involved with a campaign, including sponsorships and custom ad placements. You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns and working with different ad technologies to make campaigns run efficiently. You will report to the Senior Ad Operations Manager and play a key role in the function of our ad operations team.

- Efficiently manage incoming insertion orders across Wikia.
- Complete optimizations and revisions to ad campaigns quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
- QA creative (HTML, Flash files & 3rd party tags) as necessary and ensure website compatibility
- Work directly with sales team to collect creative assets, troubleshoot technical issues, and correctly implement rich media creative
- Perform status reports on client campaigns to ensure 100% delivery and best performance.
- Troubleshoot creative problems as they arise
- Juggle diverse tasks and requests
Required Qualifications and Skills

- At least one year of trafficking experience with DFP (Doubleclick for Publishers)
- Basic experience with other 3rd party ad serving systems including Atlas, Accipiter, 24/7 OAS, DFA, Pointroll, EyeBlaster, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and other internet-based programming languages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with extensive knowledge of Excel
- Basic experience using Flash, Photoshop and other design-based software a plus
- Strong organizational, verbal, analytical skills and attention to detail
