Wikia, a leading collaborative publishing platform, is currently seeking a Junior Office Assistant to work in our office in downtown Poznań. We are looking for a young, energetic & organized person to help run our growing Polish office.

The Offer

The Job

The job will be assisting our Executive Assistant with office management, which will include tasks such as:

  • Facilitating communication between our Poznan and San Francisco offices, including mailing and answering the phone
  • Required for reception, including incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Managing staff calendar and scheduling calls/meetings
  • Making travel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Assisting in organising and coordinating staff events

Required skills and qualities

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a multicultural work environment
  • Good telephone manner
  • Must be computer literate and know the basics of Excel, Word & Power Point

Key qualities and personality traits we are looking for:

  • High-energy & enthusiasm
  • Open & friendly manner
  • Creativity

Bonus points

You get bonus points if you:

  • have previous admin experience (this is not required, though, as full training will be given)
  • have a university degree
