Pressure is foundation of the Iop/Strength build in lower-to-mid levels, due to its 3 AP at level 5. This allows an Iop to attack twice in one turn. Pressure's ap cost at lvl 6 is only 2 (and has no cast limit as opposed to Concentration) which makes it one of the most used Strength Iops damage spells even at very high levels.
