I got this item while fighting a Demonic Rose, Mush Mush, and Evil Dandelion. So, you might want to add one of those to the list.

It dropped from a mob. Sorry for not being clear on that.

Just got one while fighting a group consisting of nothing but 4 blue larva. Total prospecting for the group was 235. I hope this helps. - Earl_Of_Discounts
