3 Beat Language

3 is a proposed "beat language," a new type of web language that will control timing and audio on the client-side of a web page by converting simple "beat" files into ChucK scripts to be executed by the browser. The wiki will be a place for people to come together and share ideas, and collaboratively develop a standard specification for this exciting new language for the web.
