Castalia is a wiki is for those who believe education doesn't end at graduation. The title is a reference to Hermann Hesse's novel The Glass Bead Game, in which there exists a fictional province called Castalia that exists outside of the framework of the everyday world, and is dedicated to a life of the mind. The Castalia wiki will serve as a virtual Castalia, a place where intellectual and artistic matters are pursued freely.
