Wikia - creating communities
Collaboration of the month is a new initiative to encourage edits to help new or quiet Wikia to make improvements.
WikiChess is a wiki devoted to to the popular game of chess. The wiki is slowly growing and has 61 articles at this time of writing.
An important page on the wiki is the List of chess openings page. This page contains many red links, and we ask anyone with knowledge of the game to help contribute.
Also, for those who might not know that much about the game, there is a monthly newsletter. The newsletter has yet to gain popularity. If adding articles to the newsletter is undesirable to you, you can help it by linking to it from your webpage, userpage, etc.

Also, there are a huge number of red links on the list of chess openings (which was copied straight off of Wikipedia), and the existing articles on the openings are somewhat short. Pieguy48 16:33, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
