Corporate research

International collaborative research on corporations is necessary to ensure that transnational corporations adhere to a basic minimum of environmental, human rights, labor and social responsibility standards.

Individual researchers and organizations do corporate research, but too often the fruits of this labor is locked away in a company filing cabinet, non-profit report, or academic journal.

The purpose of the Corporate Research Wiki is to combine the efforts of these disparate researchers and reduce double work, so that future corporate researchers have a baseline of public domain information that they can build upon. Our explicit purpose is to widen and deepen the body of research available on large transnational and other corporations, with the continuing goal of holding corporations accountable to an internationally agreed upon set of ethical standards.
