Critical Theory

Modern radical theory is famous for being almost completely inpenetrable. Unfortunately the world isn't a simple enough place that 'Continental'-type theorists (like Lacan, Derrida, Foucault, etc.) who seem to talk such incomprehensible nonsense are just charlatans with nothing interesting to say. I think it'd be useful, therefore, to work on a wiki with simple(ish) definitions and explanations of various bits of jargon and technical terms (if nothing else, to help me in my own struggle with it) from Marxism, critical theory, cultural studies, postmodern philosophy and the like.
