I nominate the set of multilingual WikiMacs. They use templates and categories in good ways. They are very welcoming and encouraging to new users. The wikis make use of external organizations, such an Mac User groups, to let more people know about the wikis. During a recent Macintosh conference, the wiki had an "on-site reporter". - I support WikiMac's nomination. The presence of multiple languages is a great idea (alas, Creatures does not have a large enough community to support this) and I have also noticed the good use of templating.
