Wikia - creating communities

Hello. I have a forum question, (Forums can be found here http://runescape.wikia.com/forum/) Does anyone know how to create a new catagory? I think it might be the case that only wikia staff can. If that is the case, does anyone who to ask to create a new catagory? Tesfan 16:21, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
