Wikia - creating communities

Hi! I started a new wiki - Czech language version of Memory Alpha, the Star Trek reference guide, but I haven't received administrator rights. I would really appreciate them, because I need to customize the skin, not to mention there is no administrator for the cs version now. What shall I do?
