I didn't know whether Range blocks IP is enable on c:evchk, as I still see that user with this IP still make lots of vandalism, and is able to create tons of account--疾風綾希 15:15, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

129.94.*.*, where guys make vandalism of evchk form, as Community Team member KaurJmeb said.
I block range IPs as 129.94.0.0/16 on Oct 14, and these guys form these IP is still able to creact tons of A/C to make more vandalism.--疾風綾希 14:29, 24 October 2008 (UTC)
