Halls of Shame

In this wiki, every page is about a specific point that some websites or organisations are doing "wrong". Examples are: not working properly with Firefox, not being W3C-compliant, not providing access for the disabled, welcoming the user with a blocking pop-up.

Each page contains explanations of why some people think this is wrong, possible rebuttals, and a growing list of websites and organisations that do the "wrong" thing -- a hall of shame. The organisation's viewpoint can be included too (e.g., when the organisation has been asked about it), as well as the hall of fame of organisations that did something to "right the wrong" and organisations that did things right in the first place. The objective is 1) to make unaware people concerned about the "wrongs" and give people that are aware of them the feeling of not being alone, 2) to document how to right the wrongs, 3) to incite oganisations to right the wrongs.
