Incubator Plus is a site for all sorts of content in languages that are not permitted for any reason on Wikimedia projects. This includes some constructed languages that prefer Incubator Plus to the Conlang Wikia as well as natural languages and dialects that do not have enough speakers online to create Wikimedia projects and languages without an ISO-639 code.
