Mobilize

Mobilize.org is hosting the Democracy 2.0 Summit, which is bringing fifty youth together from around the country to D.C. to discuss the state of American democracy. The Summit uses technology and a citizen-centered approach to government to arrive at a statement of principles and action, the Democracy 2.0 Declaration. This wiki contains that Declaration, for the community online to edit and add to it so the Declaration can be a "living document." This is all part of the Democracy 2.0 campaign to help youth build, through civic engagement, the type of democracy they would like to inherit.
