The Open Source Software (OSS) Wikia aims to be an extensive and exhaustive categorized directory of open source applications. The wiki will include a summary of what the program is for, what it can and can not do, comparisons with commercial applications, and how well it works at its particular stage of development. A FAQ page for each program discussing various bugs and glitches can also be collected.

The Why Free? Wikia will be a collections of writings about people creating open source software projects. The target audience will include humanists, artists and other communities which don't understand a typical programming slang and issues. People are invited to give their opinions on these topics using normal, easy to understand, language.
