Wikia - creating communities
WikiPublica is a Hebrew wiki project allowing civil activists, publicists, representatives of NGO's, journalists and all other informed citizens in Israel to take part in upkeeping a body of knowledge which will become a tool for the people for monitoring and controlling their sovereign. This tool seeks to bypass the commercial television medium, which has for the last several decades played a disappointing role as the middle-man, mediator and transformer between the people and the state power.
