The FOSS wiki is being revived by Dr. Sandeep Purao and his group of students at the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State, University Park. This note will move to the discussion page shortly and content will be added and refined. The objectives for this wiki, which is aimed at this point at programmers and developers, will include, in addition to programming - open source projects, legal concerns as well as business models. This note is posted on 22 January 2008 after removing the adoption category on this page.
