I am interested in creating a wiki that addresses socialism, and its various manifestations around the world, not only in government, but in technology and other topics. For example, the concept of a Wiki is socialist in nature, as is the GNU movement. Historical anecdotes would coexist with modern analyses. The lack of private property, and the promotion of ownership in common is an idea that could be elaborated in the Socialism wiki. It is not necessarily a rallying point for the Socialists themselves, but an information archive that would contain analyses of socialism around the world. Note: Communism would be a subset of this category. The number of contributors would be staggering, as a topic as important as this one is interesting to members of all caste and creed. --Comrade 00:25, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)
