Todo:

• CSS that converts an existing Monobook skin to "white-on-black" when pasted to Mediawiki:Monobook.css.
• Should contain minimal duplication (remove "unchanged" formatting instructions)
• Should allow "easy" configuration through comments, eventualls grouping of formatting.
• Verbose comments for each formatted element.
• Wishlist:
