- I've just started to translate the english page. This will allow (when Wikicities grow and have several bulgarian wikis) to put general news and announcements there, coordination etc. I like the idea of a multilingual Central Wikicity. [edit] "Please don't destroy Wikicities!"
Hello, Gregg. I was worried when I saw that as a comment on the Recent Changes. "Who is proposing to destroy WC?", I thought. Then I looked at what it was about and understood.
"Destroy" means, according to the Concise Oxford Dictionary, "put an end to the existence of (something) by damaging or attacking it". Even the worst attack on a Wikicities page won't put an end to that page, let alone the whole Wikicities. I suggest you say "Please don't damage Wikicities!" instead. Or consider using one of the Wikipedia "test" templates or any that we may have here, for messages to vandals or spammers. Vandals may realise what they have done and be sorry (and go on to become good contributors), but serious spammers will be sorry only that they were caught.

- This may be a case of "the blind leading the blind". I think you did it correctly, but I don't have a deep understanding of this feature. I tried to post one of the bad sites, and it wouldn't let me save it to my talk page. So, it worked! I'm a bit concerned that we might be blacklisting entire hosting site's URLs. However, if someone really has a good reason to post another site on those hosts, I guess we can change it later. --CocoaZen 17:39, 30 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Hello, I moved my site wikihowto from wikimedia, voluntarily, because I was told that a pre-proposed project does not belong there. So i moved it to wikicities. I now realize that i placed it in the wrong spot. I emailed Angela, to ask if http://en.howto.wikicities.com/wiki/Wikihowto was the right place for me to put it. I was concerned because my site is not a part of this project, and i describe why on my site. during the wait, i have been updating my pages. My goal is to form a new proposal project demo-site. I am trying to do the right thing, I have tried to follow the rules, and what people are telling me, and i realize I have made mistakes. But i have not been belligerent, I have only tried to do what i was suppose to. I don't think a speedy deletion was necessary. - Maybe you'll be surprised, but I want to. I don't think that blocking users/IPs in all wikis is a good idea. I share the idea, that the vandal in one wiki may be (or become) contributor in another one. Blocking in the wiki, where the vandal is active is enough. --DCLXVI 20:16, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

- I'm still assuming good faith and I am against these blockings. My first edit in Wikipedia was a vandalism, I just wanted to know/test if it's really so easy to erase/change some text and to save the edit. The guys explained me that I'm destroing the work of many people.... and I become wiki(pedi)an.
