Thank you for completing the Wikia:Brand Audit User Survey. We really appreciate your responses. Lots of improvements and new features were suggested, and I hope you'll see these being implemented over time. The results are now being analysed by a PR firm, so you might see some interesting changes to the design of the site as a result. Sorry about the recent outage. We host 300,000 articles now, so don't worry about your 1,000 breaking us :-)
I am very upset about the problem, as we have been working to build a 2nd colo in California, so that if something went wrong on one entire set of servers, we had a hot backup that could come online instantly. Unfornately the 2nd colo isn't at 100% yet, but soon (fingers crossed) Gil (talk) 05:13, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
