Wikia - creating communities

Try putting this in Special:MyPage/monobook.css to change the color of the sidebar and toc:

div.pBody{background-color: #881d19;}

.toc{background-color: #881d19;}

This is a general purpose one-click tag inserter for almost any type of page view (edit/view/history/diff/whatever). It is a bit messy to customize (but I wanted the code as simple as possible, overall. Easy customization = complex code) --Splarka (talk) 05:56, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

Basically, you add where it says "Add new buttons here". For example, if you wanted to make something add Template:Sources to the top:

addPortletLink('p-cactions',iTop + '("{{sources}}");','add {{sources}} tag','ca-sources');

Your edit made it seem that the Wireless Wikia is inactive, whereas it's just the Indonesian section that's inactive, so I rolled back your edit, but you are welcome to make a new edit that pertains only to the Indonesian section. --John Navas 03:22, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Well, the way that page is setup, it's not really possible to make it just in the Indonesian section (not any better than how it was), however, I added a comment to the adopt template, hopefully that clears things up for you. Pinky ^Talk 03:20, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
