Your user page here is fine, but this is the central wikicity, just for administration. If you want "plusieurs fois" you should be looking at scratchpad: or even starting a new wikicity.

Bonjour/bonsoir, encore une fois! I see that you tried your idea on Scratchpad, doing a lot of good work. Now (as I can well understand) you want to try a separate Wikicity. That's not for me (or any other ordinary contributor - not even "administrators") to approve: the procedure is for you to make a formal proposal after reading pages such as the other one I suggested above. Maybe you should start at http://www.wikicities.com/wiki/Accueil - although it will refer you to some of the English-language pages that are not yet in French, such as Proposed wikis.
