Both of these wikis have their own process for requesting adminship, so you need to get community approval there. See w:c:startrek:Memory Beta:Requests for adminship and MemoryAlpha:Memory Alpha:Nominations for administratorship. You will need a lot more than 3 edits though before you can become an admin since this is something experienced and trusted users get when they need some extra tools for managing vandalism.
