Hi, I'm putnik. I'm sysop and bureaucrat at Russian Central Wikia and some others. Also I'm admin at Russian Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, Rodovid and OpenStreetMap Wiki.

Now I want to make Wikia more friendly for Russian users. Russan interface haven't big part of messages (I told about it on Forum). Because I don't see other way to translate Central Wikia interface, I wish to get sysop flag there.

Central isn't the right place for this, instead you should request sysop rights at w:c:messaging, which is used for Wikia-wide system messages and their translations. :) -- Manticore (talk) 12:21, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

I don't know any way to get sysop rights at Messaging Wikia. If it's very hard to get rights at Messaging, I think that I may get rights at least here. ~ putnik 00:01, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

I think that in w:c:messaging (and in all Wikia) could have the Extension:Translate so, with this to translate the MediaWiki domain to another language, is unecessary the anothers sysops tools to this kind of work. --Brunoy Anastasiya Seryozhenko (Talk) 01:27, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
