[edit] Cancellation of Central Wikia tour
Since November 2008 this list should probably not contain the Central Wiki item. It can probably be removed without affecting anything else, because the general instructions are going to omit reference to it. Robin Patterson 05:15, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Where each link goes
The first link for each tour goes to the Central Wikia page for that wiki, except in a few cases where it goes to the relevant wiki's Main Page (a necessary distinction when the Central page shows more than one wiki).
The second link, called "Tour", goes to the wiki's "Project:Wikia tour" page.
[edit] Other tours of Wikia sites
The French version of Central Wikia is working on producing a parallel tour of francophone Wikia sites.
Other "Central" Wikia may be doing the same sort of thing. This would be a good page for them to pool information or at least list their start page for anyone else interested.
[edit] Multiple tours from one site
There is no obvious reason why a single Wikia could not link into more than one tour circle. It would need an extra link on its end page and a link to return to base from at least one site in the alternative tour, and could face language problems, but the idea must be worth a try. French speakers, for example, starting from fr.wikia.com, could be given the chance to go through the "English" tour, accepting that the commentary and links are in English.
