The 2008 World Championship are about to begin!

Quebec City and Halifax will be, starting on May 2nd, co-hosting the 2008 edition of the World Championships, an edition that will mark the IIHF's centennial. This year, the national squads from Belarus, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United-States will fight for the title of World Champion.
