News from other wikia

This page follows on from an article on wikia central - Help:Promoting a wikia within Wikia which suggests some options for News and conversations about wikia, which WIkiSocial might be able to help get going.

This needs to be a separate page from our more general news pages, so that it can be focused enough on helping with promotion for other wikia, hopefully in a way which doesn't come across as spam.

Please put latest news items at the top. Suggested format is brief heading, no more than one or two sentences (including of course a link to the wiki) and a date or user signature.
