Joseph Sisko

Joseph Sisko (played by Brock Peters) was the Human owner of Sisko's Creole Kitchen in the city of New Orleans on Earth.

He had four children- Benjamin, Judith, and two other sons. Shortly after the birth of Benjamin, his first son, Joseph was known to show off the newborn in one arm, while serving tables with the other. (SGR novel: Maker)

In September of 2376 he travelled to Bajor with Judith and family of Miles O'Brien to join Kasidy Yates for the birth of her daughter, his grand-daughter Rebecca Jae Sisko. He also found himself reunited with the previously missing grandson, Jake Sisko, and Benjamin, who had been journeying with Bajoran Prophets. (DS9 novel: Unity)
