Zaldan

The Zaldans are an agressive humanoid species from Zald, or Dolium V. They are characterized by their webbed fingers, and their belief in total honesty, to the point that chivalry is considered insulting.

The Zaldans developed warp drive in 2290, and made first contact with the Alpha Centaurans. (Decipher sourcebook: Starfleet Operations Manual)
